So I had my ah ha moment. I could never understand what you meant by the “punch “happens automaticalLy. my tilt is good, my path was good, but there was still something missing. I would practice by feeling like I was punching with an open palm to the inside to keep the wedge but that caused me to over rotate. Then it happened... i finally realized my hands were WAY to active still. Now I feel like my arms beat my chest to the ball, and my hands feel “quiet”. I still can feel the relationship with the face, but they aren’t active. on video my arms are straight through impact, I keep the wedge, and I’m hitting center face every time. It took 15-20 minutes to get comfortable with it as my hands were always more active that my arms in the swing, but I feel like I can start hitting the ball with the wrath of god !
