@Tom Saguto has several videos aiding us on how to start the downswing. Hip bump, arm off the chest, roll the trail foot. Before I injured my foot I was practicing with weight forward lead arm off the chest. I liked how that help me keep my head fixed. This was especially helpful with my driver after seeing recent YT video Tom made. Just wondering if it would be helpful if we could get a list or summary of all the helpful 'feels' on how to start the downswing. Or if anyone has their own feel/trigger to share they've had success with. If this isn't helpful or if it's redundant then...never mind :) Tagging some folks. @GolfLivesMatter @Russell Hogue, PhD @Buford T Ogletree and anyone else I may have overlooked

Not really a tip...more of an observation. If you watch any pro, there is a clear transition from backswing to downswing (a pause if you will). Some do this really fast (Matt Fitzpatrick) and some do it slow (Hideki Matsuyama), but they all do it.
I guess my tip/feel is to actually feel a pause at the top. It's not as slow as it seems. Pausing for a tenth of a second feels like 10 seconds when you're swinging a golf club.
