Tom. Two your tips have really helped me with wrist action. Your tip on bowing the left wrist and thumb down. I believe your thumb down is also know as down hinge(sometimes I cheat on you). The combo bowed wrist and starting the down hinge/thumb down in the down swing has really helped deal with early extension. I have limited wrist mobility. you emphasize thumb down in the follow through in your drill but I find starting in the down swing really works for me. what are your thoughts
