What's your favourite of the steep downswing section for over the top? I find a number of the alignment stick ones tricky to do in my practice set up (garage - hard to stick sticks into ground). I find the over active trail shoulder drill very helpful to get that side bend/hip bump, but only when I work through it really slowly. Should I keep that up and just give it time? I've felt like I've hit some nice shots with that effortless power when I really slowly move the club into the happy zone, but it's very forced and I know I'm losing some of the natural "flow".
