Do you focus right on the ball during the entire swing? Some people mention trying to focus on the back of the ball. I've found my eyes kind of wander around from swing to swing and sometimes I find myself looking at my feet instead.

What has been most helpful to me is to keep my eyes focused on the ball. Front, back, or middle of the ball seems to make no difference. That helps me keep my head still so the low point of the swing stays the same. In fact, I would say keeping your head still is more important than where you focus on the ball. I get into huge trouble if I pick my head up before I make contact. Just my two cents and what works for me.

Here is a KFC Club member video on this topic. Ultimately you need to determine what works best for you in general. Some more skilled players may even adjust their focal point depending on the type of shot they are trying to play.
