Well it's here, almost! Few more personal things to attend to and be packing and getting ready Friday, for my 530 am flight out of DIA Saturday morning with arrival time right around 2pm in Myrtle Beach, 1 quick stopover in Tenn no plane change. Pick up rental and head over to the Sheridan to check in. Then head over to the PGA Superstore to check in for the MBWA and get the goody bag! Playing Sunday skins warmup, 8:30 shotgun start at Thistle (Cameron/Stuart).
Played today in league play, went with not to worry about score as my short games has been lights out. But for sure have been nervous about the fairway woods and mid to long irons. So just said think box, play box. Concentrated on good setup and kept good tempo, focus on takeway and back of ball.
Results, I am ready for MBWA! Had the best contact I have had all year! Amazing when you get your confidence back how you can step and get it done.
Really excited playing at 5500 yds for 3 rounds and 5700 for 1. Just put it in the middle, make your scoring clubs work and missed greens a chip and a putt and putt is optional! Although I would prefer to stay out of the sand, I am looking forward to east coast white sand. For sure with way traps have been out here this year with wet weather, made for plush courses but a little rough on the sand. Know they will be spinning them for the weekend final 36 Sept. 9th & 10th.
So @Tom Holt @burkholder.ronald @Tom Saguto looking forward too meeting you all!
Lets have 1 of us finish in the money.

Happy MBWA week!!
Barring anything unforeseen, it is my intention to be at the 19th Hole tomorrow evening (Tuesday). I may be wandering around on occasion but the GolfKnickers booth will be my home base. Looking forward to seeing y'all.
Stay hydrated out there, and have a fabulous week!!
Well, today the wife decided not to go the out market because it was too hot. Dodged a bullet there. So, we went to the USS Yorktown museum. Got our tickets and headed for the entrance to the "Fighting Lady". Found out that the only access to the flight deck was by an elevator located on the hanger deck and someone had just broke the elevator. The tour was still good, just didn't get to see the more modern jets on the flight deck. They have an F-4 Phantom in the forward side of the flight deck. Wanted to get a picture next to it since I flew the USAF F-4E back in the day.
Watching the golf on TV now. Trying to pick out the S&T elements of these guys swings. Planning to checkin about 10 am tomorrow.
Wife and I hit the road about 9:30 am. Heading to Charleston for an all day Saturday excursion. The craft market Saturday morning and the USS Yorktown tour in the afternoon. Anyway just past Jacksonville tire blew out. Two hour delay getting a tow to a tire shop for a new tire.
So, I'm figuring the rest of the week can only get better!
Will checkin at the PGA Superstore on Sunday morning then to the Sheraton to get the wife settled in before heading over to Heritage for the skins game. Will post results and try to hook up with you guys Sunday evening.
Can't wait to meet you guys for sure. I find it cool that we both are hitting the ball well right before this thing.
They are just blasting off my irons.
Will be working on driver and 3 wood Saturday and Sunday.
Need a good putting green too.
I will find one for sure.
I plan on winning.
I will also be posting scores and maybe some fun things too.
Get in Saturday morning.
Have fun guys. I hope to join you all next year!
Good luck to you all…is it possible to see the scores online as an outsider?
Hate to tell you but it's going to be extremely hot and humid
