I have a 20.5 degree Cleveland Mashie. No problem hitting it 190. Tried a friend's 3 wood this morning and don't think I can control it. I'll give it a few tries.
@chevelle9604 - No offense intended but the real question is do you need a 3 wood? I'm assuming you have trouble getting the ball in the air since you're asking about a replacement . 3 wood technology doesn't vary that much between manufacturers (basically they're all good). You need some decent club head speed to get a 3 wood in the air.
Some players benefit from stronger 5 woods. Say 16 degrees of loft versus a 3 wood. There are some 3 woods that can be adjusted to 15 degrees. My Ping is standard 14.5 and go adjust up to 15.5 degrees.
Also, you may just need another shaft if your current 3 wood. I have the same shaft in my driver and 3 wood. My driver shaft is lighter and stiff flex. My 3 wood shaft is heavier but regular flex. A fitter can get you exactly what you need.

@chevelle9604 - Just a thought: You may wish to summon up some of the players in the What's in Your Bag thread to invoke some replies.
