A short post to thank Ton for the Indoor Practice Drills. Been working at them and I’m hoping I’ve achieved a lightbulb moment. I’ve been really concentrating on tilting more than turning, and turning later. Whilst working on this, I realised that I have been reasonably close in the past, but I’ve had a killer move of allowing my head to slide laterally to the right, on downswing, following/linked to my right shoulder/side tilting away from target. If I concentrate on keeping head from moving, and even exaggerating it moving left towards target (A Little!) as my shoulder drops, for the first time ever, I feel my spine stretching. Been pulling my hands up at impact the whole of my life so far….! Looking forward to first post COVID session at the range tomorrow.

Great work, @1759adam!! That "stretching" of the spine is critical to preserving the swing center as we execute the tilting and turning motions, and the flexion-extension-flexion-extension conditions of the spine from setup through impact provides serious power without placing any strain on the body.
Have fun out there!!
