Hey Tom & Saguto golfers,
John here from Ireland.
I had a bad accident years back and ended up with a Fused right Wrist, I am right handed.
I always thought I would never play golf due to this, but I enrolled in the course and followed the instructions, and I am now starting to hit some nice KFC shots now and again so there is some hope.
Just wondering what your thoughts are on how to swing with a fused right wrist?
Ps squash was my main sport and I was told I would never play again but with persistence I did, and got back up to National standard..I am approaching golf with the same mindset and see how it goes.
Thanks Tom, keep up the good work,.
Best regards,
John
I had a complete right wrist fusion 20 yrs ago. Joined a league 10 yrs later and have learned to play better than before the surgery. (Which was not too good i.e.24 handicap) I am about an 18 now... Just keep at it and practice a lot. I can now do that as I retired 4 yrs ago and the practice does wonders.
