Light grip? also Ya said In the arms straight video there should be tension in the arms I feel like it’s hare for me to keep my arms straight when my grip is light so I just go back to the firm grip. Hopefully I can find a way to do it cause I feel like it’s hurting my disrance some. Because I try to hold it so tight

Can’t thank you enough! I went to the range tried the loose arms and swinged smooth and hit the ball so straight took some getting used to but got the hang of it!! So excited lol
@Glenn Oneal - If you are losing control of the face and are unable to keep the arms straight, then it's most likely either that your grip pressure is too light or the way you are gripping the club is flawed.
Grip pressure is a personal feel. For example, a 2 out of 10 to a strong guy like Sam Snead may have felt like a 7 out of 10 to another golfer. We definitely don't want that handle swimming around in our hands because we're so loosey goosey that we can't control the clubface. A secure grip and soft arms are what we're after here. That prescription will certainly resonate differently for different folks, but the key is that our grip pressure should give us complete control of the club while not introducing swing-killing tension that prevents us from properly executing the motion. Finding that sweet spot is a highly individual thing, and it is critical to consistently blissful ballstriking.
