This is a rare occurrence with some apple devices and androids (mobile iPhones and iPads), as I have an iPad and Samsung S8 and the courses play fine on it.
I do have some suggestions for you to play the videos. The easiest way to fix the problem is to watch the course videos on your PC. Desktop is the best and most reliable platform for viewing videos.
As for mobile devices, you may be able to fix the issue with some of the steps below. One side note, Part 1 of Golf Swing Simplified has had issues with a couple of Android users in the past. It is a very rare issue that I see, but you may find that Part 2 videos work fine – as well as the other parts of the class.
I've spoken with tech support on this issue and they have a few other recommendations that you will see below:
Here is tech support’s recommendation:
The most common issues we come across are browser-related.
First, they should temporarily disable any apps or extensions they may have installed to their browser that could impact their browsing experience (especially ad-blocker or content-filtering extensions).
Since many issues can be caused by saved browsing data, they should try clearing their browser cache next.
If this doesn't work, then we also recommend trying again while using a private (incognito) browser window.
If they're still having issues, then it's important to make sure that their browser is up to date, running the most recent available version. So they should try to update their browser next.
If an updated browser doesn't resolve the issue, the next step is to try a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Finally, they should try using a different network connection or a different device if they have access to either.
