I have struggled keeping my head back through impact for most of my life. The one thing that helpled me in the past is when during a lesson an instructor held a pool noodle next to my head while I took a few swings. And indeed I had immediate positive results. Well the last couple of days I got really frustrarted that I was struggling with the same issue and decided to try to build a training aid of my own.
Well with a tripod I aready have for taking videos with my cellphone along with some left over romex, pex tubing and a foam golf ball I think I have the solution. Didn't have to buy a thing and I know it's gonna help a me a lot.
Anyone ever make something similiar or are interested in doing so? Let me know. Thanks! @Tom Holt @Tom Saguto @Russell Hogue, PhD @Malcolm Sutherland @Terrance Austad @GolfLivesMatter @Alan Studnicky @dalerichardsesquire @fish4197 @Steven @burkholder.ronald @Ryan McDuffie @Jay Gist

If you want to spend just a little bit more, you can always buy this one. Fortunately it is expensive enough that the shipping is free!

The $400 one is a total ripoff - I'll give you $100 to make me one! Seriously, tho - great affordable answer. I, too, have leftover boom stands from thirty years of playing music for a living -- that may be perfect! Thx for posting.
