Ok I understand the concept, but not executing properly. The figure below is the tour pro that Tom uses in his V1 tutorials.
Setup and impact wedges look pretty similar whereas the backswing it’s way more flexed.
so I guess it’s safe to assume that there is some degree of MORE wrist flexion in the backswing and then extension in the downswing?
At impact position, is the goal to
A) return back to the wedge angle from address
or
B) keep the wedge angle from top of backswing?
it seems with option A there will be more timing and coordination involved?? 🤷🏻♂️

Of course the wrists hinge during the backswing and unhinge - though not too early - in the downswing. The answer is that the angle between the trail forearm and the shaft established at address - in other words, the forward shaft lean - should be preserved throughout.
