As the title says,, my left rib cage looks like a individual from the red light district hit me with a whip. This might be hard to explain to my wife when she gets home, but now I can see I was in fact flipping my wrist when I thought I wasn't. After being hit about 3 times in a row you start doing it where you dnt get hit. Pain is a heck of a motivational tool.

@Brandon Wall I think you mean 2.9 Drill?
Oouch! Sorry to hear about your injuries. Hard way to learn no-wrist swing yet at the same time, your score was great. I have not injured my self yet on the course but incoming missiles have almost taken me out. I am always aware of ground-to-air rockets.
I cured my too wristy problem last year. I tripped backwards over my pushcart, put both arms back to stop my fall, and hurt my wrists. I figured they were just strained, so I played my round. I guess because they hurt, I did not bend them as much as I usually did. It was my best score of the season. When I got home, they were really hurting so, I went to have them x-rayed. That's when I found out I had broken both of them. I was out the rest of the season, but, I don't flip my wrists anymore.

Brandon Waall - I don’t completely understand your 2.8 but I do understand the flipping of wrists which is a power drain for sure. Power in the ground instead of behind and through the ball.
