Where have you been my entire life? I got introduced to you through Eric Cogorno at Cogorno golf. Really like the "NO POSITIONS" golf instruction. Refreshing and True! Unfortunately the Golf Instruction World actually believes recreational golfers can actually pick up "position golf" method of teaching and be consistent golf strikers. Wrong! So glad you are out here teaching "crispy golf contact". In one week after going through your entire golf instruction videos, I am hitting consistent/crispy golf shots. I only focus on my shoulders. Getting the buttons to the sky in the backswing then starting the downswing by keeping my weight on the my left side as the left hip moves forward. Finally the the moment of true when I turn my right shoulder down and "Bam". Crispy, long, effort shots with the divot in front of the ball.
Really enjoy your golf instruction "On the Course". Great to seeing you hitting various shots. Keep up the AWESOME work. I will be telling on my golf buddies about saguto.golf.
Welcome to the school and to this fabulous members forum community, Andy, and thanks so much for your kind words and referrals!! I'm very glad to know that you are experiencing such tasty crispiness already - nicely done!!
Golf is indeed a very difficult sport. But if we can simplify the swing so as not to rely on timing, exceptional hand-eye coordination, and/or micromanaging "positions", then we can achieve consistently great results without having to continuously work so hard. An effective, repeatable golf swing is best built on a compilation of personal "feels" that are unique to each of us individually. Over time we ingrain these feels into a complete motion that we can execute without need for mechanical thoughts. We are then able to simply allow our ball striking and shot shape to be our guide, making only occasional minor setup tweaks when necessary. That is what it means to "take ownership of YOUR swing", and it sounds as though you are well on your way!!
