Greetings all,
After a brutal winter week last week things easing up. But it is February our coldest usually with March the wettest. Got the "garange" swept out and ready for some practice today! Going to hit 48 today but outdoor ranges still covered with snow and course also. But definitely ready to swing the club and league start only 8 weeks away, turning for home in horse racing vernacular!
The past season invested a lot into the game, more than a long time.
1: Subscription to Saguto Golf Academy and that reignited the fire for sure.
2: New Ping Asner 2 Putter
3: Arccos Sensors
4: New Ping G425 Irons
5: New Ping 2 & 3 Crossover Irons to replace 3 & 5 Woods ( offer more versatility and consistency & no real distance lost)
6: New Callaway Rogue ST Max Driver (1st Callaway and non Taylormade wood ever owned) Working out big time!
Training Aids Added
1: Indoor Driving Net with hitting mat
2: Lag Shot Wedge, 7 Iron & Driver
3: Divot Board.
So decided to do something outside my box for me. I have been a Titleist snob for the past 30 years. Going to spend the lousy $20 and setup an appointment for a ball fitting! WOW! Me? lol
Just an update for my fellow alumni.
Great stuff, @Steven!
Enjoy your ball fitting session, and be sure to give us the classic "And down the stretch they come!" announcement when March rolls along.... 😆
