Just an update @Tom Saguto.
I haven't really went far in the course. Like I told you before like to incorporate changes and get them ingrained as not to really screw my brain.
That being said.
Believe got a handle on the directional issues with mid to long Irons. Was over exaggerating hands, believe had hand 2:8 drill in the game so to speak.
Quite a few GIR's today , 88 score but green pin placements were like season ending final round.( think grounds keeper had a fight with his wife)! Been focusing on good takeaway and staying with 3/4 swing and good acceleration and keeping the triangle on takeaway.
How nice to shoot 2 44's and have fun and enjoy but like I've said in past last year would be jumping for joy over 88. Low 80's and better are doable this year and regularly.
A DB & TB reared it's ugly head and the few 3 putts were not actually bad putting , brutal and I mean brutal hole cuts. Short game on steady curve up, another chip in today for birdie and putting for birdie 5 times today. Driving was steady and never a cause for concern.
Starting to come together and confidence building!
Can't thank this Forum & @Tom Saguto enough.
Stick with it fellow golfers and golfettes!
Nice round Steven! Putting for Birdie 5 times is awesome! I’m with you on taking my time to get through the course. I’m throughly enjoying the crispy shots I’ve been seeing since I started following Tom. Thank you for sharing your journey with me and the others here in the Forum. I look forward to your next adventure! 😊
Good news!! Your scores are really going down. Good job. I hope to take the course next month, but heat is brutal in the Central Valley, CA.
