Great instruction Tom. I think the shoulders are at least for me sometimes overlooked, maybe for others? Simple and great exercise to get your shoulder "feel" back. My thought on the shoulders is "shoulder down and shoulder down". Lead shoulder down pointing at ball is what triggers the downswing to begin, and on the finish instead of just standing up I've tried to capture the end of the swing to determine if my trail shoulder is pointing to where the ball was. For me what this fixes is; getting the hands "in and high enough" before the downswing starts. The lead shoulder pointing at ball makes this happen. On the follow through with the trail shoulder pointing where the ball was helps me focus on finishing the swing instead of just striking the ball. KFC all the way!!!
Oh, almost forgot this really applies well to the driver, so mush so I've been hitting it straighter much more often. Enforces the circular motion of the swing on the driver which really helps with squaring up the clubface.

Fantastic, Tom - I'm glad this YT episode helped you get the shoulders working properly while preserving your swing circle, which is absolutely critical to consistent ball striking excellence!
Nice work and thanks for sharing!!
