Just watched the grid videos. Wow! So simple I can't believe it! My questions is this. With driver, we normally have the ball more forward due to the longer club, etc.. Would one use the same grid principles to guarantee a draw/fade in the same way with driver as you do with irons? I am probably overthinking it, but I did notice the other day on the range that I was still hitting some cuts and/or fades with driver. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks in advance!

@coachman529 - The Grid absolutely applies to the entire bag including the driver. The stock ball position with the driver is even with the inside of the lead heel. The hand position remains the same as with every club - even with the inside of the lead thigh. This still presets a slight amount of forward shaft lean with the driver, and the "zero point" of the swing - even with the lead shoulder - remains unchanged. We set up with slightly more weight forward with the longer clubs - 60% rather than 55%- to compensate for the more forward ball position. As long as we keep the weight properly moving forward from the top - which is accomplished by keeping the hips moving laterally targetward while the upper torso remains centered - the club will approach the ball from the inside and the Grid's push-draw flight plan will be imparted on the ball.
