I’m in my first week of practicing stack and tilt. I’m noticing that as I keep my weight on the lead side, my trail heal is slightly off the ground as I extend my trail leg during the back swing. The trail heal stays off the ground slightly even during the downswing Into the follow through. Is this bad? I don’t want to start off by repeating a bad habit. Thanks,
