I just purchased the "Tour Striker Ball". My question is, will this work perfectly with the "Hogan Elbow" or will this mess me up. I've found in the past that, if I try to learn a new system, I need to be all in and not add other techniques into it. It seems to me that it would work but, Toms swing or right arm is way more connected than all the demo videos. Did I waste my money AGAIN ? My box of training aides is getting bigger than my box of holsters....LOL.

SKLZ Men's Smart Glove
This is the best game changer for me. I have always cupped my wrist at the top of backswing. I always try to not do it but, in every video , I cup at the last second. I got this new smart glove today and OMG ! I can swing as hard and as big as I want now. Weight on the left foot and its impossible to miss. Hopefully over time I wont need to use this glove but for now, Its a must use. Is this glove cheating on the course ? Aww , who cares right? As long as Im having fun.
I highly recommend trying this glove. Now I just take the club back and its perfect every time.
Whatever you do, DO NOT download a swing speed app. An app that measures your swing speed when you use your cell like a club. When I went on my backswing...ZIP!...THWAP!...I lost it out of my hands into the wall behind me, KFC crispy. Luckily, I had a great cover protecting my phone. As far as the app...NOPE! UNINSTALLED! (Note: This mishap took place a couple of years before Sagutogolf. Yes, I was that desperate to improve my game.)
update on the "Tour striker ball". It doesnt work for me. Either I dont have the flexibility to extend my arms like that or Toms swing with arms more across the chest doesnt work with the ball. Simulating arms together without the tour striker ball seemed like it would be good. Not for me. Typical me, always trying to fix something that isnt broke. You were right Tom. The only thing its good for is, deflating it and putting it under my trail arm.
It can now be called “Saguto’s Secret” 👌
A great training aide which I’ve had for many years but never really used because it didn’t work with my “old” handsy swing, but I find works fantastic with my new crispy swing is Greg Normans Secret, it attaches to your right wrist and prevents it from moving at all.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Your left arm is on your chest.
Quick question since I got you on here, does my right arm act like a " piston" into the ball while trying to achieve the " reverse K"? Sorry to hi- jack my own thread..
@desmondmoss - The inflatable Tour Striker ball can be used effectively for this swing, as long as you don't allow that upper trail arm to drift away from your torso or slide backwards while you're focusing on keeping the ball in place between your arms. One use I really like is that you can deflate it, stick it between the upper trail arm and chest, and keep it there for the entirety of the swing.
