Most of us can agree that this is a great drill, but what exactly is the 2.8 drill missing from a full swing?
i’m assuming the power accumulators, but which ones? all i’ve really had to add is lead arm across the chest, And maybe a little trail arm action
@Kyle S. - Have you gone through the Power + Distance course? That should hold the answers to your question.
Are you getting decent distance with your "2.8+" swing?
I believe the right shoulder pulls or flexes completely back for added power in the full swing version.
