At the 19th hole yesterday I posed this question:
"Why do most of us default to bad habits vs. good habits in the golf swing?"
Meaning why do we NOT turn our shoulders "too far" down to almost 90 degrees vs. a more flat turn?
Why do we not load "too much" on our left side vs. drift to our right?
Hmmmm. Weird.
Ghosts....
We are creatures of habit, and the vast majority of us were previously taught that the referenced habits - and other bad ones that we default to - were the components of an effective golf swing.... 😑
