I love this V1 app and divot board!
Hi SG Golfers and Golfettes! Some how my head keeps dropping (feel vs real) I thought it would have been good! My lead knee still tweeks inward and I have trouble tucking my butt! Also as you can see the club is not contacting the divot board at all. The club is a 3 hybrid. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated! I am going to check out some of the other videos posted by Doug S, Richard and really all of them posted! Like joey puvel Said, Lay it on me! Thanks all!

Stance looks a little too wide to me? Limiting flexibility...? IDK?
@Ken Dietrich - I see two separate issues, which need to be discussed separately. Let's talk about your setup first.
You may not have any other option, but I can see you're practicing on an incline in your driveway. You're playing on a downhill lie. I would setup on a flat surface. Also, I would have an alignment stick or at least a club. Make a simple cross. From the video, your ball position (or at least where you set the club) is way too far back in your stance. Especially with a hybrid. This might seem like an exaggeration, but I feel like 90% of issues start with the setup. Once, you get the ball position correct, the rest of the setup looks good to me.
The second issue I see if around your follow through. I'm assuming you're just checking to see if you made a good divot on the impact board but you're not finishing your swing. Always finish, even in practice swings. I do not see your head dropping, but it's good that you are trying to keep your head in place. However, your head has to rotate, otherwise you're going to injure your neck. This is mainly why you can tuck your butt. Extend your spine on the follow through and have your head and shoulders facing the target. By the way, there's a lot of good things going on with your backswing. I'm not sure where you are in the school but the 90% drill is a must to master for good contact before progressing onto full swings.
Ken,
Looks like you are using a hybrid, which while you should still take a divot, I think most would agree it is not necessary to take a deep divot with the hybrid. Looking closely at the divot board it did appear to me that you did brush the board, though not for very long and it looked like it might have been just behind the "ball" location.
I'm no expert, but my experience with the S&T swing so far has been that you can't get the lead should down too low. I believe, while your shoulder does go down, your plane is still a bit flat. Try going lower with the left shoulder, and get a little more back behind the ball (turn the torso a little more) by moving the right hip farther behind you. That should get you a little more depth without lifting the arms too far up. Once you get that little bit more turn, bump the left hip toward the target and just bring the left arm off your chest and fire the right hand toward the target (not the ball). I think you will get a little more turf contact from a slightly steeper plane and the hip bump should move your turf contact on the target side of the ball. Remember its a journey and if you ever reach perfection, you'll lose the will to play. If the game wasn't hard, we wouldn't be needing help to play it.
