I see your lead knee is coming in (to the ball). Avoiding this your swingcenter will be a little bit more forward.
I guess that the falling back with your head is caused by this.
As you can see at the end you should be a half inch more forward to be balanced optimal.

LOVE the impact and ball flight. beautiful push draw with ball first then ground. but because of the loss of height the lead arm is starting to chicken wing again, and im guessing im not getting as much power as i could because of that.

Without getting into a specific video analysis, based on your description it sounds like you may be missing some of the downswing extension component. In the course of the swing the spine is flexed at setup, extended at the top, regains flexion in the downswing, and extends again through impact and into the finish.
Below is a drill from the S&T book that may help.
How is your impact quality and shot shape?

@Tom Saguto yes sir. I was just thinking out loud. ill get some good videos. ill do a down the line, face on, and a down the line from the front view.
@Tom Saguto Me too! I'll do a video of the full backswing and stopping halfway after impact to show i can keep the arms straight ha.

my head stays in the box during the backswing, but on the downswing i lose height. Do i need to feel the "stand up" feeling of extension during the downswing too?
