Hello, I would like to understand one thing when tilting the left side. When watching Tom's videos I notice that the flexion of the left side is controlled so that the movement of the hips leads to a rotation stop and a right tilt and extension. When I tilt to the left I can't get this resistance to the right which acts as a starting block at 100 meters. I would like to understand where is the missing link?

Hi Rich,
With regard to tilting in the backswing, what does your knee action look like? Is your lead knee working down in its preestablished outwardly flared position while the trail leg straightens, or is that lead knee kicking inward towards the trail side?
Also, is your head remaining in place during the motion, or is it moving down and/or towards the target?
Tom
