I have been watching Tom’s back swing videos trying to recreate it the way he teaches It. I just want to confirm - the arms never raise up the arms dont raise by being moved they just move rotationally around the body in a flat rotation? I’ve always tried to keep my arms low but just wanted to clarify that I don’t do any lift but instead just move the left arm across the chest and turn my shirt buttons to the right and my hips? If so that is a great simplified way of thinking about the back swing. Also when Tom talks about staying connected am I just feeling both arm pits stuck to the sides of both peck muscles? And lastly by just moving left arm across chest while turning will that also trace the proper hand path in the back swing just by having the left arm across while turning?
