On the backswing, should you actively cock your wrists while taking the club back or does cocking the wrists just happen in the backswing and we allow it to happen. Thanks Frank
Hi @frankpreshern - Pretty much what @Rudi (from Munich) said. If it's something that does not come naturally to you, then you probably have to actively focus on it until it becomes natural to you.
Typically if you have a correct grip (in the fingers), maintain your connections and "Hogan Arms", remove any rigidity or tension, and properly execute the swing motions, then the wrists will react naturally and properly to the weight of the club. But it can take a while to build that all in, so if you need to be active with it for now that is fine.
