I actually have this Training aid, and I can say it’s fantastic. I use it with Tom’s 2.8 drills by creating 10 2.8 drill benchmark swings (ball then turf, slight draw). Once created, I get immediate feedback on how well I matched the last swing to my ideal 2.8 benchmark swings.
I’m a training aidaholic, and this is by far one of the best because it’s related to “my best swing” and provids all feedback relative to what I’m working on. You can create as many benchmark swing/club combinations as you want, I.e. “high draw”, and train to them anytime you want without wondering, “how did I create that high draw”. You simply load your “high draw benchmark”, the train to it until you’re back to hitting “high draws” again. We all know how we once “had it”, now it’s gone, and struggle to get it back, the CTRL system will lead you back there again, with patience and trainin.
As with any new technolog, there has been technical issues like Bluetooth connectivit, but they have been very responsive to fixing it. My sessions are virtually trouble free now. I hope tjis helps.
LOL! Yes - AI is finally making inroads into golf. There are others I am aware of as well. It's not too dissimilar from the HackMotion that I demoed earlier this year, though that was specific to monitoring wrist conditions.
