Tom, I bet by now you have seen tons of students who struggle with S&T, and others who "graduate" to "Krispy level" very quickly. That said, if you could do a video, and/or explain to folks why some people lose focus when learning S&T that would be great.
What I mean by that is do most people simply not understand or master the basics? Do they misinterpret the movements? Do they try to blend S&T with their "shift and lift" swing? There's got to be some sort of explanation as to why people get into the program then drop out later, moving back to YT tips and tricks to play great golf.
Thanks, @Vinsk!
I hope the V1 serves you well!!

Well said @Tom Saguto . Some people also forget that the golf swing is an athletic motion and of course will apply stress to the body no matter the method. Minimizing this while maintaining an efficient swing without loss of power is what your method accomplishes in my opinion. BTW, thank you for an excellent V1 analysis for me as well. Cheers!
My reason for losing focus with the S&T swing is hip/lower back pain. Saying that maybe I'm at an older age it might be time to trade the golf clubs in for a pickleball racket.🙂
The same reason people quit their gym membership after 1-3 months and start browsing weight loss pills. 🤔
