Hi All,
Just finished the Level 1, 6 week training programme of Superspeed golf. Bought myself a cheaper brand of the stick with 3 interchangeable weights from Amazon for around $80, downloaded the programme sheets and watched the tutorials.
To measure my clubhead speed, I bought the SLX Micro Golf Simulator (formally known as Tittle X) from Swing Logic for $120 which is a fantastic piece of kit for the money and uses the E6 software which you get free.
At the start of the 6 weeks, my average driver speed was 92mph. Completed today and my new speed is 100.5mph, a total gain of 8.5mph but more like a 98-99mph base level.
Absolutely delighted with the gains and I'm seeing the benefits out on the course. Have easily gained 20 yards if not more.
The training only takes about 15 mins per session, 3 sessions a week with a day-off in between sessions. If you're looking to ramp up your speed numbers, fully recommend giving this a try.
Awesome! Sounds like your season is off to a great start!!
