Back on the horse again after 3 great rounds of golf where everything made sense, back to back to back Pars, an Eagle and nearly broke 80, and then a total and utter collapse when nothing felt the same.... Took a week off completely and went to the range yesterday and tried to go back to basics. Concentrating on anti over the top, setting up with a big rubber ball holder in front of ball to try and ingrain this. Looking at videos, it seems that I'm coming from the inside, but looks like club path is already past where it should be at contact point. Everything is slightly hooky and a lot of fat shots. Do I have the ball too far forward? The fats were much worse with 4i Hybrid off the matt.
Any help is appreciated. Am playing 18 tomorrow, and will get a down the line and facing video to send to you Tom, as it's been a while since my last V1.
Cheers!
Adam
I am no expert by any means but if you hit a fat shot, then your weight went back to the trail leg somewhere in the downswing probably.
