Working really hard on getting rid of FF ing. Been an FF ing Ff er for many years! Working on alternating right hand only with left hand only. Getting there but really having to feel that I get forearm rotation on backswing, opening club with left hand only swing or I top / smother ball, and with right hand I need to make sure I forearm rotate closed on downswing or I shank the ball. Does this sound right? Still, looks/feels like am hanging on to both wedge and flat wrist a lot more.

Thanks Jari. Just starting to address this issue, long overdue. I’ll reread your excellent post. Really appreciate the feedback from all.
Wow, thanks Tom for prompt help! Will definitely give those recommendations a good viewing. Busy day here watching the BMW Open on the TV, although only about 40 miles away from where I am. Hoping Tommy Fleetwood does well and makes the Ryder Cup team. If any regulars want a look, here’s left hand only FF drill.
@1759adam - Without getting into a specific video review - which I defer to your fellow members here, I will say that the naturally occurring rotation that results from the combination of maintaining your upper arm connections while properly executing the swing motions is a good and necessary thing. On the "flipside" (pun partially intended), any contrived or timed active rotation will likely lead to inconsistency issues.
Have you considered trying the "RahmBow" from last week's YT channel episode? If not, it may help you further in your great efforts to eliminate the FF. Have a look at what @Jari Hissa had to say about it in this detailed post from yesterday.
Also, if you don't receive any replies to your video post here you should feel free to tag some of the "regulars" to solicit their feedback.
