The word "baseline" might be a little misleading, as I have studied Tom's theory in the past, and have been working on it a lot over the past week, but for the most part, this setup and moves are new to me. I'm in my house as you can see, so not really taking a full swing, but mainly wanted some opinions on my basic set up and motions... and any specific drill recommendations are also greatly appreciated. Currently a 25 handicap, most common miss is a snap hook, and even though I tried to swing like a Saguto golfer yesterday, I still had a couple(snap hooks).. and I also had a few hosel rockets yesterday, which never occurred with my old swing... I am most definitely not saying that S&T made me shank but curious if anyone else had that issue early on when transitioning to this method.
Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks!
Thanks so much for the info Gerry. I have to admit, I've been focusing a lot on my lower body positions, so it's not surprising to hear my lower body(specifically knees) are doing something odd.
Thanks again! Much appreciated.
