Hey, guys! I wanted to start off by thanking Tom for really putting together a training system that works. Ive spent the last 2 weeks trying to work on Tom‘s fundamentals, and at first didn’t make any sense to me because I was use to doing the WRONG things for many years. I like to swing the clubs with 1 swing thought, 2 at the most! When I first started Tom’s program I was trying to think about too many things at once in return making me inconsistent. I wanted to share what is currently working for me hoping it’ll help others who are having difficult with stack and tilt. The only 2 swing thoughts I have is keeping my weight forward and having consistent pressure under my arms. I found that if you keep your weight forward throughout the swing your shoulders will naturally turn down; this eliminates thinking about keeping your shoulder down. Being connected will help you trace the proper back and downswing path, too! Let me know if this works for anyone else.

Awesome! Glad it’s not just an anomaly!!
Hi Jeremy ... I think these are two real helpful thoughts ... I just went into my basement hitting area and just focusing on these two things gave me quite a bit of consistency and good contact. Beyond these two things, continuing to do drills to ingrain the "cheese wedge" using the impact snap tool gets me anxious to get out on the golf course Monday. Thanks for your comments and I think your two points of emphasis do help make some of the other elements of the swing happen "automatically" for me.
